By accessing or using Wengz, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
Agreement
These Terms form a binding agreement between you and Wengz regarding use of wengz.tech, accounts, subscriptions, and related services.
The service
Wengz connects clients and creators through credit-based subscriptions and project workflows. Features may change as we improve the product. The platform is currently offered in beta and may change frequently.
Accounts
You are responsible for accurate registration details and for keeping your credentials secure. You must be able to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law to use paid features.
Credits, packages, and payments
Credits and packages are subject to the plan terms shown at purchase. Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated by Wengz. Misuse of credits or payment fraud may result in suspension.
Acceptable use
You may not abuse the platform, infringe others’ rights, upload unlawful content, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with other users. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided “as is” to the fullest extent permitted by law. Wengz is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the platform. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
